Chamber Series
Perhaps one of the purest forms of classical music, chamber music is traditionally music written for a small group of instruments (one per part) and performed without a conductor. Chamber music is designed to be performed in an intimate setting such as a private salon, palace chamber or, in J.S. Bach's case, a cafe.
The 2011-2012
Chamber Series concerts include:
Beethoven, Daugherty, and Mozart,
J.S. Bach, M. Haydn, and Brahms, and
Bax, Ibert, Griffes and Dvorak
