Music Therapy at the Symphony School
Research has shown that music has a profound effect on the body and psyche. Music Therapy is an established profession that uses music to address physical, emotional, cognitive, and social needs of individuals of all ages. Music therapists find benefits in using music to help children with special needs including attention deficit disorder, autism, long-term illnesses, and developmental disabilities.
Music therapy sessions are offered to people of all ages and abilities and can be designed to:
- promote wellness
- manage stress
- alleviate pain
- express feelings
- enhance memory
- improve communication
- promote physical rehabilitation

Individual Therapy Cost:
Monthly fees are based on 35 weeks of sessions divided into nine monthly payments. Sessions may begin at any time during the year. Fees will be pro-rated, start date pending.

| 45 minutes: $33 / session, $129 / month, $1,155 / year |
| 60 minutes: $44 / session, $172 / month, $1,540 / year |
